Preheat oven to 375 degreesIn a small bowl, mix together all theingredients for the fillingPlace the chicken breasts on a board, slicethem lengthwise and open them outDivide the mixture from the small bowl into 4equal partsPlace a spoon of mixture in the center of thechicken breast.Fold all the sides of the chicken breast overthe mixture to ensure the mixture is completely wrapped.Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts.Take each filled breast and dust lightly withflour and dip each one into the beaten egg and milkFinal roll carefully in the breadcrumbs, thenback into the egg and milk and again roll in the breadcrumbsPlace the check breasts on a greased bakingtray and bake for 30 minutesRemove and let the chicken rest for 5 minutesServe with your favorite salad or vegetablesfor a well rounded meal.
